Return & Refund Policy

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. This complies with Klarna’s return policy requirements.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

  • If the item is damaged upon return, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

Exceptions to Returns

  • Klarna purchases: For orders completed via Klarna, customers are entitled to the 14-day return window. Refunds cannot be issued as store credits.

  • Non-Klarna purchases: Our standard return policy of 30 days applies to non-Klarna transactions.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

If your order was placed through Klarna, the refund will be issued directly through Klarna’s payment system.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days

Shipping Costs

  • For returns, PIURIFY covers return shipping costs, regardless of whether the item had free shipping initially.

  • Customers are responsible for any international customs fees or duties.
